Job Opportunity: Solicitor – Insurance Litigation (3–4 YRS PQE)

Location: Glasgow

Overview:
An opportunity has arisen to join a top 50 law firm handling a wide variety of EL/PL casualty claims along with motor and disease matters. You will be part of a nationally recognised practice known for its expertise in defending complex litigation across both public and private sectors.

Role Requirements:

Experience: 

\n
• 3–4 YRS PQE within insurance litigation, ideally with exposure to EL/PL claims
• Manage your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated claims
• Liaise directly with clients, witnesses, opponents and the courts
• Undertake liability investigations and prepare cases for hearing

Skills:

\n
• Familiarity with Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedure
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage a busy caseload effectively
