Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and clients to gather necessary information and documents. Ensure efficient workflow by prioritising tasks, managing timelines, and resolving bottlenecks. Maintain accurate records of underwriting decisions, policy changes, and client interactions in the companys database. Assist in the development and implementation of underwriting operations policies and procedures. Provide training and guidance to junior staff on operational tasks and best practices.
