At LNJ Recruitment, we’re building the go-to global agency for insurance recruitment. With a strong presence in the UK and exciting growth into Dubai and beyond, we’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our fully remote team.
Please note, insurance recruitment experience is required.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Running a 360 desk in the insurance or financial services space
* Building relationships with brokers, insurers, and top-tier talent
* Managing the full recruitment cycle: BD, sourcing, candidate management, and placements
* Collaborating with a tight-knit, high-performing team
* Growing your market while enjoying full autonomy and flexibility
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience
* Background in insurance recruitment strongly preferred
* Alternatively, solid experience in financial recruitment
* Proactive, commercial mindset with a drive to grow a desk
* Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
* Confident communicator who takes ownership of their work
