\n\nYour Role\n
In this exciting multi-skilled position, you’ll join a dynamic maintenance team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton. Your mission? Deliver excellence by providing engineering maintenance support to all manufacturing assets and equipment. You’ll work with advanced technologies, including:
\n
\n Automated equipment (robots, welding systems, and more) \n
Laser joining systems \n
Automated conveyors \n
Complex tooling and lifting equipment \n
\n\n
Whether you’re an electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, or a multiskilled engineer, we’ll provide you with the training and support you need to enhance your skills. Expect top-notch training opportunities, including Siemens, Kuka, and ABB Robotics Training. Plus, you’ll be working in one of the cleanest and most modern factories in the area, where teamwork and enjoyment are at the heart of what we do.
\n\nWhat to Expect\n
As a vital member of the Maintenance team, you will:
\n
\n Be the first response to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime with safe working practices \n
Conduct PM checks and running checks, ensuring timely completion \n
Implement permanent corrective actions for recurring issues \n
Participate in weekend/shutdown work and deliver projects as needed \n
Embrace ongoing training opportunities as required by the business \n
\n\nWhat You'll Need\n
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a blend of ambition and skills, including:
\n
\n A relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering \n
Significant experience in a manufacturing environment \n
Experience with CNC Machining Centres and related systems \n
Good working knowledge of Siemens PLCs and electrical fault-finding techniques \n
\n
