A leading Warwickshire-based public sector organisation is embarking on a landmark digital evolution: migrating to Niche RMS . We are seeking a high-level Integration Specialist to serve as the technical architect for the backend ecosystem.
This isn't just about moving datait's about ensuring that critical intelligence flows seamlessly between the new RMS and vital operational systems. You will be the technical linchpin in a transformation that directly impacts frontline policing and public safety.
The Impact You'll Make Bridge the Ecosystem: Design and deploy the "connective tissue" between Niche RMS and a complex landscape of intelligence, operational, and enterprise systems.
Master the Backend: Take full ownership of API development, data feeds, and interface design, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
Secure the Flow: Implement robust, secure integration patterns that meet the rigorous standards of a highly regulated law enforcement environment.
End-to-End Delivery: Lead the integration journey from initial blueprinting and build through to high-stakes testing and go-live.
Legacy Building: Contribute to a long-running, multi-year program that is redefining how technology serves the public sector.
Your Technical Arsenal The Niche Factor: Deep experience delivering integrations specifically for Niche RMS (or a directly comparable policing RMS platform) is essential.
Integration Expert: You are a master of APIs, ETL processes, and backend interface design . You know how to make disparate systems "talk" in a secure, scalable way.
Public Sector Veteran: You understand the pace, governance, and complexity of long-term government technology programs.
Security First: You have a deep-seated understanding of secure integration patterns and least-privilege data access.

£550.00 - £650.00 / day
