Job Description
Integrations System Verification Engineer
Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)
Location: Bristol up to 5 days on site with dynamic working (No start and finish time, 37 hours within the week and
Clearance: British or dual UK . Security checks required.
Travel requirements: Optional abroad travel with expensed weekly return or free time over the weekend. Some trips can be opted out of and flexibility offered.
Copello is seeking a number of Systems Proving Engineers to support a leading defence partner within their Naval-Based Air Defence domain. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team working on high-profile integration, proving and trials activities.
What you’ll be doing
Planning, preparing and executing system trials across exciting naval defence projects both in Bristol and abroad (optional).
Generating trials documentation and supporting Trials Readiness Reviews
Conducting data analysis and reporting following trials
Supporting and conducting a range of trials including laboratory integration, ground, harbour, sea and firing trials (UK and overseas)
Ensuring accurate data capture and supporting resolution of design issues
Assisting with lab management activities, safety processes, and hardware/software configuration control
About you
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
System integration, design proving or trials
Naval integration or missile systems test
System assessment, acceptance or design verification
Electrical/mechanical build and interfacing
Electronic design/test or network integration
