Key Responsibilities

Processing high volumes of purchase ledger invoices with accuracy and efficiency

Assisting with sales ledger activities, including raising invoices and credit control support

Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies

Supporting month end close processes, including journals and accruals

Maintaining and updating financial records in line with company procedures

Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve queries

Assisting with reporting and ad hoc finance projects

About You

Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar all round finance role

Ideally studying towards or fully AAT qualified (or equivalent)

Experience working within medium to large finance teams

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude

Confident working with finance systems and Excel

Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
