Interim Estates & Property Services Lead Interim / Temporary / Hybrid Working £550 - £650 p/d North London ASAP Start

We are recruiting an experienced Interim Estates & Property Services Lead to provide senior leadership across a commercial and operational property portfolio during a period of transition. This role has end-to-end accountability for asset performance, statutory compliance, income generation, tenant and landlord management, and service delivery. You will act as the organisation’s senior property lead, ensuring assets are safe, legally compliant, financially optimised, and aligned with wider commercial and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the estates and property services function, setting clear standards for governance, compliance, and performance Oversee landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, rent reviews, service charges, insurance, tenant onboarding and offboarding Manage income streams, service charge budgets, reconciliations, and rent arrears, working closely with Finance to ensure robust financial controls Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance across the property portfolio, including landlord and tenant legislation, health & safety, and licensing obligation...
