Interim Assistant Commercial Manager FM £360pd

Rate: £360 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
\n
Client: Major Public Sector organisation
\n
Location: London (hybrid 2 days in office)
\n
Duration: 9 months (scope to extend)
\n
\n
An Interim Assistant Commercial Manager role to support a leading Public sector organisation across multiple, live Facilities Management (FM) contracts, with a focus on post-contract, including management, financial control and administration of in-life contracts.
\n
\n
Collaborating with Commercial Managers, you will provide Commercial and Contract support, spanning Hard FM, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E), Fire, Fabric, and Inspections.
\n
\n
You will liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders, and take ownership of financial processes, by updating financial forecasts and tracking actual spend vs budget.
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
\n
Strong Post-contract Commercial Management experience, within live contract management, ideally with Hard FM or Maintenance contracts.
\n
Able to interpret and navigate contracts, respond to scope queries, and ensure compliance.
\n
Experience utilising Excel for forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking.
\n
Excellent communication ability, with stakeholders to a senior level.
\n
Advantageous would be any experience in Transport or Rail.
\n
