Interim Assistant Hygiene Manager
Location: Southall Middlesex Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience Contract: 6-12 month interim placement Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 Our client is a global producer and supplier of French style bakery products including viennoiserie such as croissants and pain au chocolat alongside bread savoury items and ptisserie. Their frozen part baked and fully baked products are supplied to foodservice professionals retailers and bakers across more than 100 countries. They are currently seeking an Interim Assistant Hygiene Manager to support the site in maintaining high hygiene food safety and environmental standards across the operation.
Main Purpose of the Role
To support the delivery of high hygiene and environmental standards across the site while ensuring service requirements operational targets and health and safety standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
