We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a proven track record in private equity-backed businesses, integration execution, and transformation leadership to undertake a full turnaround project. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking finance leader with hands-on experience navigating complex M&A environments, driving value creation, and building finance functions that support aggressive growth targets. The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Investment Director, owning the financial vision and operational alignment necessary for rapid scaling, margin improvement, and successful integration of acquired entities. Lead the financial strategy for post-acquisition integration and long-term value creation.
