The business has historically operated on an aggressive buy-and-build model and looking for an interim CFO to support with professionalisation and further acquisitions under PE environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver finance professionalisation initiatives, including operating model design, governance, controls and reporting enhancementsSupport post-acquisition integration across multiple jurisdictions (systems, processes, people and controls)Supporting group-wide transformation initiatives (scalability, cost efficiency, finance effectiveness)Provide hands-on support to senior stakeholders during a period of change.RequirementsProven experience interim CFO within PE-backed, high-growth or acquisitive businessesDemonstrable experience operating in large, complex organisations (£500m+ revenue)Must have strong background in professional services environmentsDeep experience of M&A integration, buy-and-build strategies and operating model designComfortable operating at Group CFO / Board level, with gravitas and commercial judgementQualified accountant ACA (preferred), or equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr
