A rapidly growing international childcare group is seeking a commercially focused Finance Director to join its UK leadership team.his is a high-profile leadership role, reporting to the UK Managing Director with group reporting into the Group CFO, acting as the statutory financial lead for the UK business and a key commercial partner to the executive team.The RoleLeading a finance team of 22 (5 direct reports), you will be responsible for financial strategy, reporting and controls across the UK business while helping drive operational performance and growth.Key areas include:Leadership of the UK finance function including reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax and riskDelivery of monthly management accounts, budgets and forecastsEnsuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP and regulatory requirementsStrengthening financial controls and improving reporting through a recent ERP implementationPartnering with the executive team to drive margin improvement, performance and strategic growthSupporting business transformation and positioning the company for future expansion and M&AThe CandidateYou will be a hands-on, commercially minded finance leader with experience operating at Finance Director level or as a senior number two within a large organisation.Experience in regulated environments, private equity backed businesses or Big 4 backgrounds will be advantageous, alongside strong leadership capability and a track record of driving financial performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
