Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking to hire a junior corporate/M&A lawyer for 6 months. Responsibilities will include:

Assisting with M&A advisory documentation (e.g. engagement letters). Providing general advice on corporate matters in an advisory capacity. Coordinating with other legal teams and external counsel, where appropriate.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

Excellent training from a top-tier UK or US law firm. A minimum of one year post-qualification experience. Corporate/M&A experience, including experience drafting engagement letters, confidentiality agreements etc. Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to adapt to the team's changing needs.
