Your new role
As Finance Assistant in the Accounts Payable team, you will manage end‑to‑end AP processing across several legal entities. This includes invoice entry, supplier onboarding, payment runs, expenses, P‑cards, and resolving PO or billing queries. You will own your workload, support month end, and work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth financial operations.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume AP environments
Strong accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
Confident communicator able to solve problems and manage deadlines
ERP experience (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP desirable)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamWhat you'll get in return
