What you'll do:

• Act as a trusted partner to commercial teams, providing financial insight and constructive challenge to support decision-making.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes, ensuring clarity on risks and opportunities.
\n\t
• Analyse promotional activity and investment returns, helping shape future strategies.
\n\t
• Drive continuous improvement, challenging current ways of working and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
\n\t
• Develop advanced reporting tools using Power BI to enhance business understanding.
\n\t
• Support new business tenders and cross-functional projects, contributing to growth and efficiency.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with strong post-qualification experience.
\n\t
• Commercially astute with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
\n\t
• Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise.
\n\t
• Ability to influence and build relationships across non-financial teams.
\n\t
• Comfortable working under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines.
