Translate complex data into insights that are easily understood by non-financial stakeholders, highlighting key opportunities and risks.Build strong, credible relationships with operational teams by engaging in a supportive, collaborative, and objective manner to drive business performance.Deliver regular trading performance updates to the regional leadership team, including weekly and periodic analysis.Lead regional sales forecasting processes, including like-for-like performance analysis and run rate assessments. Support operational teams in developing the skills and confidence to create and own accurate sales forecasts.Take full ownership of the regional profit and loss (P&L) statement and site-level profitability analysis. Identify risks and opportunities within the region and assess their impact on the broader business plan.Drive commercial acumen across the region by fostering understanding of key financial drivers and promoting initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.Continuously improve reporting tools and management information to provide actionable insights and facilitate performance improvements.Collaborate with property and operations teams to identify opportunities for capacity growth within the estate. Support investment appraisal processes and provide detailed financial analysis to inform business cases.Work closely with cross-functional regional teams—including marketing, HR, and others—to ensure alignment with regional goals and enhance commercial understanding.
