Work with tier 1 venture capital backing, following over £25m raised from prestigious investors including Accel and General Catalyst. Drive tangible social impact by helping build the AI operating system for the care sector, revolutionising how families find and manage eldercare.

What you will do

Own the end-to-end finance operations including month-end close, statutory filings, audit preparation, and EMI share scheme administration. Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO, providing actionable insights for re-forecasting and long-term strategy planning. Manage and mentor a high-performing team of three finance professionals, fostering a collaborative environment during a pivotal growth stage.

The ideal candidate

Proven track record of finance leadership within a venture-backed startup or high-growth environment, understanding SaaS and marketplace metrics. Hands‑on leader comfortable switching between high-level board presentations and granular execution of month-end controls and reporting. Experience navigating statutory compliance and audit processes, ideally with specific exposure to managing EMI share option schemes.
