Interim Finance Director – Exciting Hospitality Opportunity
Salary: £100k - £120k + bonus up to 30%

We are partnering with a high-growth, multi-site hospitality group seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to join the Management Board during a pivotal phase of expansion. The Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the Group's finance function, guiding strategic decision-making, managing lender relationships, and strengthening the finance team. Key responsibilities include:
Full P&L, cashflow, and covenant management
Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and capex governance
Leading statutory accounts, audits, and compliance
Providing commercial insight to support operational and strategic initiatives
Ideal Candidate
Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with FD or Head of Finance experience in multi-site retail/hospitality
Expertise in cashflow management, lender negotiations, and covenant compliance
Hands-on, commercially minded, analytical, and skilled in team leadership
Confident communicator with Board-level influence
