The Interim Finance Project Manager is a unique opportunity for a high-calibre finance professional to step into a pivotal role, acting as the CFO's strategic partner during a period of transformation and growth. You will be at the forefront of shaping the company's 3-year strategic plan, ensuring that robust financial insight and forward-thinking analysis underpin every major decision.

With a clear focus on corporate development, you will support - and in some cases lead - critical projects, including potential M&A transactions and preparations for a potential sale process. You'll bring financial rigour, strategic acumen, and commercial curiosity to help the business identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver on its long-term ambitions.

Key Responsibilities of the Interim Finance Project Manager

Partner with the CFO to drive and refine the company's 3-year plan with commercial insight and financial discipline. Lead strategic finance projects, including potential acquisitions, sales, and corporate transactions.
