To help them navigate this critical phase, we're looking for a commercially sharp Interim Financial Controller with US listing experience to bolster their finance function and ensure IPO-readiness from both a technical and operational standpoint. Key Responsibilities Act as a key finance lead in the IPO workstream, supporting CFO and external advisors through the listing process

Ensure compliance with US GAAP , SEC reporting requirements , and SOX readiness

Lead technical accounting reviews and help prepare required financial statements, disclosures, and audit documentation

Strengthen internal controls and improve financial reporting processes to meet US public company standards

Partner with cross-functional teams (legal, tax, IR, etc.) to align financial operations with listing requirements
