We’re looking for a confident interim to step into a key role within a growing Leicestershire-based business that’s currently undergoing a finance transformation. This is no ivory-tower, sit-back-and-strategise kind of role – we need someone who can roll up their sleeves, manage a team, and get stuck into the day-to-day while also identifying and implementing process improvements. You’ll be reporting directly to an FD who’ll give you the autonomy and backing to make a real impact. This is a business in transition – systems, processes, reporting – it all needs tightening up, and that’s where you come in. You’ll need to bring experience, a steady hand, and the ability to calmly juggle whatever gets thrown your way.
