Financial Control: Ensuring strong balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and accurate month‑end delivery Team Leadership: Supporting and guiding a small finance team, managing day‑to‑day queries Business as Usual (BAU): Maintaining stability across reporting and finance operations Systems & Process Improvement: Improving processes and making better use of finance systems Stakeholder Support: Acting as a key support to senior finance leadership

An experienced Financial Controller comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving businesses Strong technical grounding with a focus on controls, balance sheet integrity, and reporting accuracy Proven ability to lead and support a finance team Calm, organised, and solutions‑focused Comfortable working with ambiguity and prioritising effectively Experience with Sage Intacct would be advantageous Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or strong QBE candidates considered
