\nYour new role
\nAs Financial Controller, you will take full ownership of the site's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, tight financial controls, and real-time visibility of manufacturing performance. You will lead the month‑end close, budgeting and forecasting cycles, and oversee cost accounting, inventory controls, and variance analysis. Acting as a key business partner to Operations, Supply Chain, and the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide insight on cost efficiency, margin improvement, and strategic decision‑making. You'll also manage a small finance team and drive continuous process improvements across the plant.
