Interim Finance Opportunity – Bournemouth (Hybrid)

6-month contract | Immediate start | £60,000–£80,000

Talent Finance are delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in the Bournemouth area looking for experienced interim finance support during a busy and pivotal time.

This is a broad, hands-on role ideal for a qualified accountant who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being embedded in the day-to-day workings of a finance team. You’ll work closely with both the Group Financial Controller and Finance Director, helping take pressure off the team while contributing to key deliverables and improvements.

Reporting into the Group Financial Controller you’ll be involved in: Month-end close, management accounts, budgeting & forecasting Year-end preparation and audit support Balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting Supporting the strategic planning process Identifying opportunities to streamline or improve finance processes
