We’re hiring for a Financial Controller to join a growing business that’s scaling rapidly across multiple markets. This is a high-impact, 5-month assignment covering reporting, FP&A and business partnering during a key growth phase. You’ll be the right hand to the Finance Director, managing the team day to day and lead ing on the month-end close while supporting budgeting, board reporting, and financial insights. WISH LIST

Strong month-end and financial control experience in multi-entity businesses Confident working closely with operational teams to challenge costs and improve performance Proactive and commercially-minded, with a problem-solving mindset

THE ROLE

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for the UK Own balance sheet control and ensure reporting accuracy Deliver timely monthly management packs and variance analysis Lead UK budgeting and reforecasting cycles with input from operational teams Monitor key KPIs and highlight risks/opportunities Analyse key cost drivers and offer recommendations for improvement. Business partner with operational stakeholders to support business growth Manage the UK financial control framework and support audit readiness Align UK reporting with Group consolidation processes Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and controls Collaborate with the wider finance team to streamline reporting tools

YOUR PROFILE

Good working knowledge of MS Excel Rounded experience in reporting, FP&A and business partnering
