Eton Bridge Partners are supporting a £100m-turnover SaaS PE company who are currently acquiring a business abroad, creating a newly expanded international group. As part of this transaction, they are seeking an Interim Integration Financial Controller to act as the financial lynchpin between Group Head Office and the new operation, ensuring the CFO’s target finance model is successfully embedded and operationalised.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed the Group CFO’s finance model, systems and reporting framework into the new business
• Own and manage the P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
• Ensure timely, accurate and compliant reporting in line with group standards
• Identify risks, issues and opportunities during the integration and scaling phase

Candidate Profile

• Experienced Financial Controller with a background in international business or cross-border integration
• Strong understanding of SaaS or technology-led businesses
• Able to operate hands-on while engaging credibly with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable building and embedding finance processes in a fast-moving environment
