Overview

We are partnering with a fast-growing SaaS organisation with annual revenues of approximately £150m. The business is entering a significant phase of strategic transformation, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to join the finance team on a 6-month contract.

This role will play a key part in strengthening financial planning, supporting senior leadership through strategic decision-making, and helping shape the financial roadmap during a period of change and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly forecasting and budgeting processes across the business.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, product, and operations teams.
• Develop and enhance financial models to support scenario planning and growth strategy.
• Support the leadership team with board-level reporting and KPI analysis.
• Drive improvements in FP&A processes, reporting accuracy, and financial systems.
• Provide visibility and analysis around SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, and cohort performance.
• Assist with transformation initiatives linked to the company’s evolving strategic priorities.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in an FP&A leadership role within a SaaS or high-growth technology business.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Advanced financial modelling and forecasting skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting to leadership teams.
• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience supporting transformation, scaling, or strategic change programmes.
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and subscription metrics.
• Previous interim or contract experience within a technology or PE-backed environment.
