Interim Fund Controller

We are working on a high calibre interim requirement within a well capitalised investment platform during a period of increased activity and reporting pressure.

This is a hands on Fund Controller mandate focused on getting reporting, controls and oversight running cleanly and on time.

Scope

• Own quarterly investor reporting and ensure delivery to a high standard and on schedule
• Oversee fund administrators and challenge outputs where required
• Partner closely with investment and portfolio teams on performance, cash and forecasting
• Support liquidity, drawdowns and distributions across the fund
• Act as a key contact for auditors and external stakeholders
• Bring structure to processes and improve reporting consistency

What matters

• Proven Fund Controller or senior fund finance experience within an investment manager
• Strong grip on fund mechanics including reporting, cashflows and investor outputs
• Comfort operating in an environment that needs tightening up rather than maintaining BAU
• Able to take ownership quickly and operate with minimal hand holding
• This is a high visibility role with immediate impact, suited to someone who is comfortable stepping into a live environment and getting things under control quickly.
