Our client is a highly rated, publicly listed technology company looking for an Interim Head of Tax. This is initially a six month assignment whilst a permanent search is undertaken with a start date of late September ideally. The expectation is that the successful candidate will be office based at least 2 days a week. Description Lead and manage the Tax team, with overall responsibility for managing tax affairs and compliance across the Group. Oversee and maintain the tax control environment, ensuring tax compliance across the Group. Partner with the UK and European Finance teams to ensure robust business processes that facilitate accurate accounting for transfer pricing, tax balances, VAT, R&D tax credits, patent box and other transactions.
