Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual new to Private Equity to gain valuable experience working alongside a seasoned PE CFO, with strong potential for long-term career advancement.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting Support: Assisting the financial reporting team in compiling essential reports for management.Account Reconciliation & Cleanup: Taking charge of clearing overdue accounts and resolving financial discrepancies.Process Automation: Contributing to the automation of various processes, including balance sheet and bank statement reconciliations.Cash Management: Managing cash flow effectively and identifying opportunities for optimization.Year-End & Audit Support: Providing comprehensive support for year-end procedures and audit processes, working closely with external auditors to ensure a seamless experience.Process Improvement: Implementing best practices and driving improvements within the reporting function.Qualifications and Experience:Accounting qualified.
