Manager, Group Reward Projects (3-5 Month FTC) RetailLocation: London (Hybrid)Contract: 3-5-Month Fixed Term ContractSalary: Competitive / pro-rated packageWe are supporting a global, highly matrixed organisation to appoint a Manager, Group Reward Projects on a 3-month fixed-term contract to support several key initiatives within the Group Reward function.This is a hands-on project role, with the primary focus on advancing the organisations EU Pay Transparency Directive programme, alongside a small number of additional global reward initiatives already in progress.The role requires an experienced reward professional who can quickly assess programme status, coordinate activity across markets, and drive delivery in a complex international environment. You will work closely with senior Reward leaders, HR, Finance and Legal teams across multiple regions.Key Focus: EU Pay Transparency DirectiveThe central priority of this assignment is supporting the organisations EU pay transparency readiness programme.Responsibilities include:Coordinating a multi-country pay transparency programmeSupporting the development and implementation of salary ranges across marketsSupporting the removal or review of pay secrecy clausesAssisting with the introduction of pay ranges in recruitment processes and job advertsDelivering pay analysis and insight to support leadership decisionsSupporting responses to employee pay information requestsWorking with HR, Legal and local markets to ensure alignment with EU Directive requirementsSupporting the development of governance, processes and internal guidance for pay transparencyAdditional Reward ProjectsAlongside the pay transparency programme, the role will support several other reward initiatives, including:Global Recognition ProgrammeSupporting rollout of a global recognition platformEmbedding peer-to-peer recognition aligned to organisational valuesSupporting engagement and adoption across marketsShare Plan ProjectsSupporting phase two of an international share plan migrationImproving enrolment processes and participationReward GovernanceSupporting Remuneration Committee materialsBonus modelling and reward analysisAd-hoc reward reporting and insightThe PersonProven experience delivering reward projects or programmesExperience working in complex or international organisationsExposure to pay transparency, pay equity or reward governanceExperience with salary structures, pay ranges and benchmarkingStrong analytical capability and advanced Excel skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentConfident working autonomously and engaging senior stakeholdersExperience in Retail, Hospitality, FMCG or Consultancy environments is advantageousFamiliarity with HRIS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) beneficialTo apply please email your applicationJBRP1_UKTJ
