**12 month FTC - Immediate Start**

We are working with a growing consultancy, primarily working in financial services, on the search for an interim Head of Bid.

This is a really exciting time to join the organisation and work with the business on achieving their ambitious growth plans. You'll play a key role in the business growth strategy, leading a team and working with senior stakeholders to improve and enhance the organisational bid process.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a team of bid managers
• Enhance and oversee the bid process, ensuring it supports the wider business
• Work with stakeholders across functions and levels
• Oversee the bid improvement process and report on successes and shortfalls
• Define and promote best practice

To be relevant for this role, you will have experience working in professional or financial services, as well as a proven track record in a bid leadership role. You will be well versed at managing senior stakeholders, and have an appetite for working in fast pace environments.
