Are you an experienced operations leader looking to use your skills to help vulnerable young people experiencing homelessness? Charity People are thrilled to be supporting Safe and Sound Homes (SASH) to recruit an Interim Head of Operations to support the continued success and growth of the charity through effective management, communication and relationship-building. Salary: £44,000 Contract: Interim role until 31st January 2026, (with the opportunity to become permanent) full-time, 37 hours per week (0.8 also considered) Location: Hybrid role with two days a week in the SASH offices (Scarborough on a Monday and York on a Tuesday) and three days working from home. Benefits: 28 days annual leave per annum plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time working), a 5% pension contribution and enhanced maternity leave and shared parental leave.
