We are recruiting a Head of Partnership Finance for our client who willcollaborate closely with the CFO and senior leadership team on all matters relating to partnership accounting and the tax position of both the Firm and its Partners. Managing a small, specialised team, the role carries overall responsibility for delivering outcomes across the following key areas: Partnership Finance: Lead a team responsible for managing and reporting on partner remuneration, distributions, capital contributions, and other balances for more than 250 partners worldwide, ensuring accuracy on an individual partner basis. Take ownership of the REM process from a finance standpoint. Tax: Take a proactive leadership role in overseeing the Firms tax matters, working alongside key Finance colleagues to provide a high-quality, comprehensive tax service.
