This 12 month fixed-term contract is a hands-on generalist role, part of a wider supportive HR team.

Provide operational HR advice and support to leadership teams across the organisation. Lead on the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver organisational change initiatives. Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Support recruitment processes, including workforce planning and talent acquisition. Oversee performance management and development programmes. Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and policy development. Ensure best practice in diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.Profile
