Job Description

We are working with a London-based NHS organisation to bring in an Interim HR Change Programme Manager to support the recent NHS England announcements.

Band 8b (up to £78k)

6 Month FTC initially

London - onsite 2 days a week and 3 days from home

Immediate start

This role will sit between the Director of Workforce Transformation and the Chief of Staff, focusing on delivering the organisation-wide cost reduction change programme.

To be considered, you must have NHS experience; without that, you won't be considered.

We are seeking someone with a proven track record in delivering HR change programmes.
