HR Advisor (Consultations)- Leeds Salary up to £40,000 - 11 Weeks

Elevation HR are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking Engineering Company who are now looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis for an initial 11 weeks .

We’re looking for a confident HR Advisor to support a large-scale temporary site closure programme , working closely with HRBPs and a wider transformation team. This is a hands-on role which will report into the People Lead, as a HR Advisor you will be: Lead and support employee consultations relating to a temporary site closure Conduct high-volume 1:1 consultations and provide clear, consistent advice to employees throughout the consultation process Support the movement of alternative sites, ensuring people impacts are managed effectively Work closely with the Transformation team and HRBPs to deliver a smooth and compliant process Manage and support employees across two different contractual arrangements Create and maintain FAQs and guidance materials to support advisors and ensure consistent messaging
