HR Advisor – MAT cover contract, 9 months

We’re looking for a hands on HR Advisor to be the go to expert for people, performance and culture for a leading drinks brand.

This role will support employees and managers across the full HR lifecycle - from employee relations and recruitment to payroll, policies and engagement.

Trusted, proactive and people-focused, you will play a key role in creating a positive, compliant and high-performing workplace.

The role:

• Acting as first point of contact for HR advice and employee relations
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance management
• Managing policies, payroll submissions and HR systems
• Driving engagement, wellbeing and development initiatives
• Partnering with managers to align people strategy with business goals

Experience:

• Solid experience as an HR Advisor
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience in FMCG, Retail or hospitality
• Confident, approachable communication style
• Ability to work independently and juggle priorities
