Circa £50,000 depending on experience
We are working with an established and values-driven organisation who are seeking an experienced Interim Human Resources Manager to lead the delivery of a proactive, high-quality HR service during a period of transition.
This is a senior operational role requiring a confident HR professional who can advise leadership, manage complex employee relations matters, and ensure compliance with employment legislation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to support organisational objectives while fostering a positive and professional working environment.
This role is initially being offered on a Fixed Term Contract basis however there is a reasonable chance this role may become
Strategic HR Support
* Partner with senior leadership to implement people strategies aligned with organisational priorities
* Provide expert advice on workforce planning, organisational development, and change management
* Lead HR initiatives and projects that support staff engagement and effective leadership
Employee Relations & Policy
* Manage a wide range of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance, restructuring and performance management
