Interim HR Manager Banbury - Onsite £200 - £230 day c9 weeks - Immediate Start

An experienced HR Manager is sought to provide expert, hands-on support to a busy HR function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires someone who can quickly integrate, assess the landscape, and deliver pragmatic HR solutions that align with business priorities.

Key Focus Areas: Lead and manage complex casework including investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, capability, performance, dismissals, and restructures. Provide clear, commercially aware HR guidance that protects the business and drives operational effectiveness. Act as a trusted advisor to management on all aspects of employee relations. Oversee HR reporting across absence, employee data, and performance metrics. Represent HR in formal meetings and act as escalation point for ER matters. Support initiatives that promote inclusion, equity, and a strong safety culture. Contribute to recruitment and onboarding as required.
