Interim Legal Counsel - Global Technology business - start in February  2026 - £500-£600 per day. \n\n Marsden   are partnering with a global business technology solutions company with a diverse product portfolio, seeking interim legal support for 3–6 months, starting in February 2026. \n\n In this role, you will support the UK and European legal teams across a broad range of commercial matters, including hardware, software, services, and general commercial contracts. \n\n Key responsibilities include: \n\n \n\t Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements, including procurement and supply chain contracts; \n\t Advising on sale and supply agreements, distribution and reseller agreements, SLAs, licensing, and IP matters; and \n\t Providing legal guidance to sales teams on customer agreements and commercial arrangements. \n \n\n This role is ideal for candidates with at least 5 years PQE, a strong commercial legal background, and experience within technology or consumer-facing businesses. \n\n The position is hybrid, with 1–2 days per week onsite in Greater London. \n\n If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience please apply or get in touch directly for further information or a chat. \n\n HOW TO CONTACT US
