Hours: 28 hours (4 days) per week
Contract: Fixed Term, 3 months initially with potential to extend
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Hybrid model combining remote working with access to office space in London. You can work from your location of choice, with encouragement to attend monthly team meetings in London. The company provides travel solutions for all meetings.

Scope of Services: This role will cover all Baxendale advisory services, plus BAXCQC a service operated by Baxendale offering a range of solutions to help health, care, and wellbeing providers become and remain Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliant.
The role:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence and ensure our content reaches the right audience during a period of strategic growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with consultancy or health and care sector experience to make an immediate impact.
As our Interim Marketing Manager, you will be an experienced generalist able to oversee the full suite of marketing activities across both Baxendale advisory services and BAXCQC. You will be a self-starter able to organise your work, seek input from the wider team, and deliver outcomes that contribute towards achieving Baxendales strategic goals.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Marketing
Develop and execute a structured content strategy and distribution plan across all channels
Transform existing content (articles, reports, case studies) into multiple formats for maximum reach
Manage and execute content calendar across Linked In, Instagram, and website blog
Ensure regular fresh content on website and social media channels
Repurpose long-form content into engaging bite-sized pieces for different platforms (Linked In posts, infographics, short-form videos, threads)
Ensure consistent publishing, engagement, and performance tracking across digital platforms
Campaign Management
Design and run targeted Linked In, Email and Instagram marketing campaigns end-to-end, including prospecting targets and where relevant, development of sponsorship opportunities
Actively design and pursue strategic marketing partnerships and opportunities
Digital Presence & Website Development
Lead the development of a new website, working closely with an external agency
Ongoing website management and development including SEO optimisation across all websites
Ensure the website is easy to navigate and regularly updated with relevant content
Management of Google Ad campaigns
Marketing Operations
Support the marketing of new products/services
Production of regular marketing KPI reports
Ensure the team is up to date on marketing activity so everyone can maximise their contribution towards promotion of Baxendale brand and sales efforts
Manage external contractors or agencies as needed to deliver high-value output
Person specification:
Essential Experience & Skills:
3-5 years experience in a marketing role within professional services, consultancy, health & care, or public sector organisations
Comfortable working independently and proactively suggesting content ideas
Strong background in B2B content marketing, particularly on Linked In
Proven track record designing and executing targeted digital marketing campaigns (Linked In, Email, Instagram)
Experience managing outward-facing communications across online, social media, live/online events, and thought leadership programmes
Experience with website development projects and ongoing management/SEO
Ability to transform long-form content into engaging content for different platforms
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders
Strong presentation skills and experience leading meetings with senior stakeholders
Highly Desirable:
Experience marketing for consultancies or health and care organisations
Knowledge of the UK health and wellbeing sector and its main challenges
Understanding of regulatory compliance (CQC) within health and care
Experience managing agencies or external contractors
Understanding of HubSpot tools
