Interim Planning Manager (PMO) Full or Part Time

My client is a UK health charity dedicated to supporting individuals & families, campaigning for better care and funding groundbreaking research.
With a clear and ambitious strategy already in place, they are looking for an interim Planning Manager to lead on the coordination and delivery of their annual plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the annual business planning process, providing clear guidance and support to colleagues.
Coordinate and engage with key stakeholders across all business functions to ensure the timely submission of high-quality planning inputs.
Conduct initial quality assurance reviews of all submitted plans to ensure completeness, coherence and alignment to strategic vision.
Consolidate departmental plans into a cohesive and overarching organisational plan for SLT review.
Person Specification:
Experienced PMO experience including the development and review of business plans.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
A clear thinker and first class communicator with the ability to manage complex senior relationships.
This role has been assessed as inside of IR35, with a hybrid working model of 1-2 days a week in the London office.
