Hybrid Working: 3-days per week in office (Monday to Wednesday), 2-days from home

Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE

Contract: 12-month FTC

Role Purpose

Grayce is entering an exciting phase of transformation with the launch of Grayce 4.0, encompassing a refreshed brand, new products and services, and the deployment of enabling technologies. To support this next chapter, we are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Director to join the business on an interim 12‑month basis and lead the execution of our go‑to‑market strategy.

The role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands‑on delivery. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of building and scaling product marketing engines within growth‑stage professional services or technology businesses. They will be comfortable operating at pace, quickly establishing credibility, and driving impact without the need for prolonged onboarding or extensive context-building.

Responsibilities

Strategy and leadership

  • Own and execute the FY27 marketing strategy across brand, demand generation and go to market for all Grayce product lines
  • Lead and manage team of three marketers
  • Represent marketing at senior leadership team level, presenting MQL volumes, campaign ROI and pipeline attribution data
  • Partner with the Chief Product Officer on Grayce 4.0

Salesforce and marketing technology

  • Own configuration and integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Manage marketing technology stack including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Jasper, SEMrush, Canva, Hootsuite and Mailchimp

Brand and go to market execution

  • Lead Grayce brand refresh in collaboration with external agency
  • Develop and execute go to market plans
  • Own the FY27 content calendar and campaign programme
  • Execute the FY27 marketing budget

Demand generation and pipeline contribution

  • Design and execute ABM programmes targeting named accounts across priority sectors
  • Manage paid campaigns, event strategy and outbound campaign automation
  • Deliver a clearly attributable and material contribution to FY27 new business pipeline

About you

We are seeking a high‑energy, commercially astute and results‑driven leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments. The successful candidate will quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders, bringing strong executive presence and the ability to communicate with confidence and clarity at board level.

We are looking for someone who is resilient and pragmatic, capable of balancing long‑term brand and capability building with immediate commercial priorities, and able to make sound, timely decisions that drive momentum and measurable impact.

Qualifications and experience

  • Demonstrable and extensive B2B marketing experience, with proven experience at director or head-of level, within professional services, SaaS or technology consulting
  • Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programmes with a measurable pipeline impact
  • Deep Salesforce expertise including Sales Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot/ MCAE) and Marketing Cloud (or other equivalent CRM and MarTech stacks)
  • Strong ABM capability from ICP definition through to conversion
  • Experience leading small marketing teams in high growth or transformational environments
  • Highly data driven and comfortable presenting marketing ROI and pipeline data to C suite audiences
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Previous transformation led leadership experience is highly desirable
