Job Description
Job titles: Interim Program Director of Automation & Process Mapping
Positions: (Mulitple)
I’m supporting a private equity-backed B2B portfolio company that delivers mission-critical services to its clients. They operate in the UK real estate/ conveyancing space.
What you will do (core responsibilities)
1) Own end-to-end process design for automating conveyancing
· Lead the design of automation across the full conveyancing workflow
2) Identify where AI/automation can take over vs. where humans remain in the loop
· Assess each workflow step and determine automate, assist, or keep manual
3) Translate analysis into concrete product/solution requirements
· Define AI requirements by scenario (e.g., broker/client calls requesting updates)
4) Produce clear process maps and specifications for engineering/architecture
· Create current-state and future-state process maps.
5) Build a credible business case
· Quantify impact on unit cost (cost per case), throughput, SLA performance, and CX
6) Work cross-functionally at speed
· Partner with product, engineering, operations, customer service, and senior leadership
Deliverables
· End-to-end current-state and future-state process maps for conveyancing
Must have:
- Process Mapping and automation programmes end-to-end
- Sierra AI end -to-end implantation is strongly or competitor like (Intercom, Decagon)
- Strong process design capability
AI alternative:
- PolyAI or Palora
The business has strong demand and a clear value proposition, but the underlying delivery model remains highly manual, with a large portion of work driven by customer service interactions.
