We’re partnering with an exciting, chilled food manufacturer in Cambridgeshire that has recently secured significant investment and is entering a major scale-up phase.
As part of this growth, they are now looking for an Interim Project Manager to take ownership of critical CAPEX projects and support the operational team through a period of transformation.
The Opportunity
You will lead and deliver key production-focused projects, including:
* Implementation of new production machinery
* Integration of new operational software systems
* End-to-end CAPEX project management
* Supporting site teams through installation, commissioning and go-live
* Ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing production
* Driving structure, pace and accountability across the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience delivering CAPEX projects within food or drink manufacturing
* Strong production or operations background
* Experience implementing new machinery and/or automation
* Exposure to ERP or production software implementation
* Confident stakeholder manager, able to work closely with founders and site teams
* Comfortable in fast-paced, scale-up environments
