\nKey Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices.
  • \n\t
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure invoices are approved promptly.
  • \n\t
  • Handle supplier queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
  • \n\t
  • Prepare and process supplier payment runs.
  • \n\t
  • Maintain financial controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of the purchase ledger, including reconciling supplier statements.
