Panoramic Associates are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to provide strong, steady leadership for a learning disabilities service in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings calm authority, and can quickly build trust with staff, families, and external partners.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the service remains safe, compliant, and person-centred during a period of transition. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of care while supporting the team through change.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support.

Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies.

Support, mentor, and guide staff teams to ensure consistent practice and positive outcomes.

Oversee care planning, safeguarding, risk management, and incident reporting.

Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement and ensure the service remains stable and well-managed throughout the interim period.
