Interim SENCo (Non teaching) - Primary School

Panoramic Associates are currently seeking an experienced SENCo to join a West Midlands based primary school for the Summer Term on an interim basis.

The role is currently non-teaching and will involve leading the school's SEND provision. Key responsibilities include line management, oversight of teaching and learning for pupils with SEND, and working collaboratively with staff to improve classroom practice.

A major focus of the role will be to develop and strengthen the school's SEN enhanced provision, ensuring the quality of support and outcomes for pupils continues to improve. This is a significant piece of work and will require someone confident in leading provision development and supporting staff in improving teaching for SEND, rather than a coaching-only role.
